About this project
Keel is a daily companion app for parents raising neurodivergent kids — autistic, ADHD, PDA, sensory profiles, or simply different. It opens to Today: a small daily check-in where you can name a mood, log a quiet win, log a hard moment with no story required, and reflect for a minute if you have one. Tools are close at hand — scripts, breathing, two-minute lessons for the situations you actually run into. Patterns shows the week, quietly, without a score. Keel is built for parents who don't have time, didn't sleep, and already know more than the internet thinks they do. It doesn't promise outcomes. It offers practice. It doesn't celebrate, gamify, or shame. It's just there. Keel offers educational support and coping tools — not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice. In a crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
